Then I will start the work of comparing similar properties to yours using recently sold properties. This will give us an idea of what the market says your condo or house is worth. Does it jive with the sales price you had in mind? We will find out. If your goals are aligned with the market we will start the process of getting your home sold. I will have professional photos taken and start an advertising campaign to get your property in front of anyone and everyone looking to buy, not only throughout Palm Beach County, but worldwide on over 55,000 websites. When we price it right, it will sell.
